One of the things I enjoy most about Mexico is the endless variety of street food and snacks. During a recent visit to San Luis Potosí I couldn’t help but visit this fresh fruit and juice stand every day that I was in town and each time I had trouble deciding between the agua de horchata and the agua de limón – both were delicious.
